Creating an account online is easy, but there a few things you’ll need to have handy:
Personal information for the person on your current utility provider account
We will need to collect the address where you receive your utility service and the date of birth for the person on the account in order to perform a soft credit check. Soft credit checks do not appear on your credit report or impact your credit score.
Copy of your current utility bill
You will need to upload a PDf or photo of your current utility bill.
Credit card or bank account information
In order to hold your spot, we will need to collect either a credit card or bank account information. We will not charge your account. There is no cost to sign up.
What is Your Service Location?
This must be the person and address on your utility bill.
